I do this using the technical skills aquired during the last 25 years but also by using my human skills and a growth mindset approach to be able to show a better version of myself every day. Being a leader has nothing to do with rank or authority. My goal is to have people following me not because they have to, but because they want to. To do this creating the right environment and building trust is essential. Expectations: As a certified IT professional with 25 years of experience, I would like to take on a new challenge in a management role where I could lead an IT team and where every members would be given the opportunity to grow and take responsibility while serving the business objectives in a customer-centric approach.
